More insects from my trip to this reserve earlier in the week.

This was the only orange-tip I saw and it was a surprise to see one. This was an occasion I used my newer Panasonic as the butterfly had settled too far for my usual camera to take a photo.

I tried for ages to get a decent shot of the orange-tip butterflies that were holding territories in the garden! Up close wasn't working at all, so instead I held back and used the 100-400 zoom. Even so, this was one of only two half-decent shots, and it's cropped to the max!
