Righting the wronged vehicle was an interesting process, as the tow truck driver worked out all sorts of different angles for tension. A winch is pulling the cable through that pulley and yanking on a chain wrapped around the car's frame. It fell over onto its wheels a second or so after this. The impact wasn't as loud as I'd feared, but it popped the two right side tires.

Buff tip moth, designed to resemble a broken birch twig - the camouflage may not work against chipboard, but in its natural surroundings the resemblance is incredible. Another temporary captive.

An unidentified North Stafford defender (30) tips a pass up into the air and Chan-Chan Purvis comes back to the ball for a diving interception. Sadly, the outstanding play was nullified on a Roughing The Passer call.

Tip is the beloved companion of one of our best friends. She's quite shy (the cat, not the friend!) and was watching me intently as I took her picture. I especially like how, if you blow the picture up, you can actually see my reflection in the eyes of the cat.
