We zoom past so many seconds, minutes, hours, killing them with the frantic way we live that it's important we take at least this one collective sigh and stop, take stock, and acknowledge our place in time before diving back into the melee.

Stunning reflections in the water from the beautiful blue skies above.
This water pool was a play area when Cali & Mili were younger German Shepherds.
I always gave up calling them and let them come to me when playtime was over!!!
So many memories are there embedded in my heart. ❤️
I've started working on old files and re-edits, because if I don't upload something soon I'm going to go barmy!!

''I feel an overwhelming rush of sadness... I'm just struck with a sense of time passing so quickly, rushing forward. One day I'll wake up and my whole life will be behind me, and it will seem to have gone as quickly as a dream.'' - Lauren Oliver
I know this much: that there is objective time, but also subjective time, the kind you wear on the inside of your wrist, next to where the pulse lies. And this personal time, which is the true time, is measured in your relationship to memory. - Julian Barnes,

This shot is taken in Rangarajapuram, Chennai-24 when sunset is on. I hope this picture will win your hearts. Photography is my hobby and timepass. I love seeing pictures before clicking. Then I compare if the picture is as I have seen before shooting.

AAW March 6 - 13: Time Passing
WIT: Since I pass a lot of time at the mall, I thought I'd try to show passing time by taking a of a shot of a person waiting, while people bustle about him as time passes. Stood for a long time at different points of the mall, and this guy was the most photogenic. Took several pictures from the second floor, handheld (tripod would be too obvious), and got one where there are enough people walking around him. In post, I lightened and cropped to 16 by 9.
The old saying about how an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure may date back as far as the 13th century. Its validity has easily stood the test of time. Considering the current state of our national politics it looks like we're trying to prove its worth once again. : ((

The skeleton of a former fisherman"s hut at Dungeness. The boat appears framed by the existing wood panels, it is also in stages of decay. An example of the forces of nature.
