down the alleys of aix's old town, where the murmur of yesteryears clings to the facades, a couple with their dog weaves through a play of light and shadow. it's a living scene, where every detail whispers its own tale – the proud old walls, the modest heap of refuse, witness to the daily. the harsh contrast sketches a metaphor for life's intricate ballet of beauty and neglect, togetherness and solitude. they walk together, a small island of connection in the city's expansive story, framed by the chiaroscuro that conceals and yet reveals.
