under the bean....

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cloud_Gate

Cloud Gate, a public sculpture by Indian-born British artist Anish Kapoor, is the centerpiece of the AT&T Plaza in Millennium Park within the Loop community area of Chicago, Illinois. The sculpture and AT&T Plaza are located on top of Park Grill, between the Chase Promenade and McCormick Tribune Plaza & Ice Rink. Constructed between 2004 and 2006, the sculpture is nicknamed The Bean because of its legume-like shape. Made up of 168 stainless steel plates welded together, its highly polished exterior has no visible seams. It is 33 feet by 66 feet by 42 feet (10 m × 20 m × 13 m), and weighs 110 short tons (99.8 t; 98.2 long tons).

iPhone + Genius Scan + TiltShiftGen + CrossProcess

iPhone 4 + TiltShiftGen + CrossProcess

Once again I couldn't help myself and ran this photo through my favourite app. There is something about the CrossProcess app that works so well with the iphone. I have yet to come across a photo I have taken that is not better once processed with it. Perhaps some of the brighter captures are best without it, but overall I can't recommend it highly enough. If that's your thing of course :)

I absolutely love the TiltShiftGen on my iPhone! It makes your subjects appear like miniatures sometimes. This is my best shot so far, but not as extreme as I would like to see it.

Will try again somewhere else soon...

at Osaka.

Another shot with my new favorite iPhone app -- TiltShiftGen.

Shot from a parking garage in Santa Monica.

Shot and processed on my morning commute. E Train.

Shot with iPhone, Cropped in Cropulator, selectively desaturated by hand in ColorSplash, then run through TiltShiftGen to blur the corners. All before I got to the office. God I love technology!

As I was having my breakfast I noticed the teabag was still in my mug, so I suppose it got what it deserved..lol

Taken on an iPhone and edited with TiltShiftGen - an awesome little app!

A surprise I found on my camera roll I had taken a long while ago, that Im quite partial to.

Photo taken with TrueHDR on my iPhone 3gs and edited using Tilt Shift Gen & Filterstorm apps.

The MOM brought over some goodies for her girls: grilled leg quarters and tater tots! I added a green salad and had a delish meal ♥

She's still sick, so she couldn't stay long. I sent her home with some cleaned sushi trays (for her jewelry making - she's the queen of repurposing), the Sunday paper, and some chocolate chip cookies I baked Sunday!

Since they moved here things have been hectic and far from ideal at times, but the ease at which we've found our groove has made it all worth it ♥
