Another attempt at fake tiltshift. ;)
Taken in August of 2009 on a photography trip to the Wallace Monument in Stirling. The 246 steps to the top were arduous but well worth it for the absolutely stunning views of the Ochil Hills and the Forth Valley.
This photo was taken with the Canon TS-E17mm f/4L lens.
Elliot used the "Shift" on the lens to create this unsightly distortion.
I just got the Tiltshift Generator for the iPhone and wanted to try it out. I knew that this shot would be trouble, and I knew that the light pole in the front would break the illusion of the tiltshift, but the iPhone's camera lens is so wide-angle, I just couldn't get rid of it.
Tiltshift Generator doesn't carry over the EXIF data, but the iPhone Flickr app evidently tries to fill some of the fields in. This wasn't taken in "Mobilodge of Milpitas" but was taken in Sunnyvale. It was uploaded to Flickr from the app while the phone was in Milpitas, though.
