While the shot above and the one in comments are nothing special, they do represent a discovery for me that I have the ability to apply these effects in-camera with my Nikon D7000.
The “color outline” effect above and the “color sketch” effect shown in comments are among several that can be applied to any image after capture, creating the new image while keeping the original image intact. This is something that I didn’t realize I could do until I was thumbing through my manual this week… I’ve only had the camera for almost two years…LOL!
Except for a thin border and crop above, and a bit of color correction below, the images you see have been minimally post-processed. I doubt that I’ll use this capability much, but it’s nice to know that it’s there… Read your manuals, everyone!

I found these two headstones interesting as it's not often I see tile work incorporated into the memorials.
La Casa de Pilatos, chiefly built between the 15th and 16th centuries, is an example of an Italian Renaissance building with Mudéjar elements and decorations. It is considered the prototype of the Andalusian palace.
It is adorned with about 150 different azulejo (Spanish glazed tile) designs from the 1530s, one of the largest azulejo collections in the world.

In the Neil Armstrong Operations and Checkout Building at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, technicians have begun bonding thermal protection system tiles on the nine panels the will cover the Orion crew module for the agency’s first uncrewed flight test with the Space Launch System (SLS) on NASA’s Journey to Mars. While similar to those used on the space shuttle, Orion only requires about 1,300 tiles compared to more than 24,000 on the shuttle. The tiles, along with the spacecraft’s heatshield, will protect Orion from the 5,000 degree Fahrenheit heat of re-entry. The Orion spacecraft will launch atop NASA’s Space Launch System rocket on EM-1, an unpiloted test flight.

It took forever to place all the tiles! They're small, but not so small that they came in groups on mesh backing. Travis and I (with lots of help from Damien, Leanne and Paul) placed around 600 tiles to get this done. Someone else did the first three rows (where the stinkin' gap is), but we took over after that.
Incorporate brilliant moroccan tile designs into rich orange/red terra cotta or brick tiled floors. You can choose to continue the motif by applying the mosaic tile to the wall in the place of base mold, inlay them around door frames and be sure to make use of moroccan tile for the kitchen or bathroom back splash. Select a foyer, hall or alcove to try a troweled on red or lavender burnished plaster paint application for a dramatic affect.
