After our short but steep hike from Lithgow up to Bracey’s Lookout we were heading for the bench when I spied a whopping big jumping spider on the railing. I have seen Sandalodes superbus before but not for a long time, and this female was especially massive. Such impressive spiders! (My thumb for scale).
