Throwdown at Crossfit Oneworld. 8 Teams of 6 Crossfitters from affiliates around the SF Bay Area compete for bragging rights at the Throwdown. Teams split into groups of three. The forst three move a stack of fifty 45# bumper plates and fifty 25# bumper plates 70 feet. The second team of three then moves three 100# six foot punching bags 1/2 mile.
Bove's Restaurant and Food Network lasagna cook-off in Billings. Mark Bove, president of Bove's of Vermont, and Bobby Flay - Throwdown with Bobby Flay of Food Network.
May 25th - Post Commons hosted a Latte Art Throwdown to raise money for The Nature Institute. $550 in proceeds were raise the bracket consisted of 16 latte artists from the St. Louis Area.
