A friend recently commented that the record player does not match the 70's title of the photo and the lava lamp. Well, my title came from all the albums - all from the 70's. My answer to him was that unlike today when the average person plays their music on their phone which they change every 2 years, in the old days a teenager would settle on whatever hand-me-down or family record player that they could get their hands on and then spent all their money buying albums. So . . . the older record player is the exact unit that the owner of these albums used to have. And these are his original albums he kept from his youth 35 or so years ago!
