Old, unique, and full of personality… The Tufa is otherworldly, but you need to search to find the best views. When we finally arrived at the South Tufa in the afternoon, we were thrilled and surprised by the number and beauty of these incredible God made structures on the lake... There is an easy boardwalk trail down to the Lake. The views are magnificent and beautiful. This lake is often used as the face of 'wish you were here' postcards, and deservedly so.

The succulent Kalanchoe species, popularly known as flower-of-fortune (Kalanchoe blossfeldiana), is super easy to care for. This is because it is resistant to climatic variations, does not need constant irrigation and has excellent adaptation to indoor and outdoor environments. In addition, in the same species there are variations such as the cat's ear (Kalanchoe tomentosa), the mother of thousands (Kalanchoe laetivirens), among others.
When the flowers are simple they are called Kalanchoe.
And when the flowers are folded (multiple petals) Calandivas.

Hello my dears!! ^.^ I hope you are thrilled and impressed by this photo as I have enjoyed doing it. I’ve clearly tried to build on one of the scenes with Amanda Bear from the famous Saw Saga.
I wanted to convey a dirty and agonizing touch in the photo, to portray the scene as similar as possible, all wearing the new LANEVO mask, which does not lack any detail.

¡Hola mis queridos!! ^.^ Espero que os emocione e impacte esta foto como lo que he disfrutado haciéndola. Claramente he intentado basarme en una de las escenas con Amanda Bear, de la famosa Saga Saw.
Quería transmitir un toque sucio y agónico en la foto, para retratar la escena lo más similar posible, todo ello portando la nueva máscara de LANEVO, a la cual no le falta detalle alguno.

With temperatures soaring to near record highs around 60 F, a full 20+ degrees above normal, the weather was warm enough to keep my fingers nimble for casting a fly for trout. Rainbows like this one were willing biters and great fighters! They're all still swimming in Bohemian Creek to give other anglers an equivalent thrill.

It has been a difficult week, an insane heatwave,
four days of temps above 105F, dense smoke choking out PDX from the Canadian fires, and to make matters worse,
i am fighting a terrible bout of bronchitis .
We escaped to the coast where the temperature reached 90F, unheard of in these parts, finally a real beach day in Oregon :D

I live in the mountain west, and I get to see amazing wildlife. Even though we are in a subdivision, Elk bed down in our yard, deer cause traffic jams, and occasionally a moose or a bear comes to visit the area. The nearby mountains offer even more opportunity. But this day was the thrill of the summer. Mountain goats stay to themselves high on the peaks and tundra. I don't remember previously being this close to them. Unfortunately, some tourists were being very aggressive toward, and disrespectful of this herd, so they moved away. It was wonderful though, to watch them for a few minutes, here in the brightly colored tundra. Amazing.
Imagine the thrill of sliding gracefully along the northern face of the San Juan Mountains. Mount Sneffels, 14,158 feet above sea level, is to the right.
Another image I took last week while at Chalky Beach (near Swansea, NSW; Australia) for sunrise.
I liked the way the incoming water created nice patterns around the base of the rock in front of me here....
Nice light, colour and interest helps balance the overall image too :-)
