Good morning/night dreamers ❤

how many of you feel occasionally overwhelmed by the thoughts that run through your mind and don't stop?

Today is one of those days... so all I have to do is dance and sing out loud embracing my demons and welcoming them until they decide to stay and get rid of all worries soon or later!

While you survive, do acts of unconditional kindness and love without a double purpose cause people can smell the fakeness from more than the distance draw range!

🎶Here she comes

Through the clouds

Not old, not new

The world you knew

Will change with you

And colours too🎶

Thoughts and clouds - Malika Ayane

Oh my shadow, please come to the light

I would show you my world,

Oh my shadow, please come to the light

We could read newspaper together

Oh my shadow, please come to the light

We could watch the episodes of human beings

My world is held in as much excitement as confusion

What is my world, when compared to yours that

awaits you

Mother Nature, we believe in you

The sun was shining, no clouds

From the north, all the cold wind

I was walking on the ground

It was much surprise to see the flowers

In the spirit of fire and ice.

Small purple flowers, unexpected

🎶Try as I might

I can't get no peace of mind

I try every time

But can't get no peace of mind (mind)🎶

🎧 "Peace of Mind" - Imagine Dragons

There are days that are not at all easy, where everything seems to get complicated and where you feel alone even within a bedlam of people.

And on those days you just want to scream and be left alone to flounder in the overflowing river of your thoughts.

Well.. On those days take a happy little goose!

It won't solve your problems, it won't stop the tsunami of thoughts but it will make you smile when you least want to just looking at it... even if only for a moment.

Good morning dreamers 💜

"Let the sunshine in" (Reprise) - The 5th dimention

I very unintentionally took a photo like this every year since 2014 – I guess this is just what this time of the year always feels like. :)

(find the others in the first comment)

Dont worry about a thing,

cause every little thing gonna be all right

Singing: dont worry about a thing,

cause every little thing gonna be all right!

Rise up this morning,

Smiled with the risin´ sun,

Three little birds

Pitch by my doorstep

Singin sweet songs

Of melodies pure and true,

Sayin´:

this is my message to you.

To me, it's amazing that the editors of this little booklet allowed the spokesgirl to have freaky swirly eyes -- usually a sign of craziness or dizziness! This is either a stroke of genius or incredibly inappropriate -- I'm not too sure.

Allow me to introduce to you....Betty Kay.

This is the inside part of the white cover that envelopes the entire booklet -- on the outside, the recipient's address is typed out to be mailed. It's just too good not to share.

I don't know if it's okay for me to say, "gosh, you girls sure do have it easy compared to back then!" because I don't think I'm allowed to mention "menstruation" and "easy" in the same sentence.

You'll find Betty thoroughly crazed throughout this entire booklet. I can't get her swirly eyes out of my head -- I believe she's hypnotizing me.

"No, really, I'm fine! Trust me, I'm fine."

I've heard that line before. And trust me, I know better.

This is obviously the gimmick -- a spinning wheel to guesstimate your cycle.

"Just Between Us... and to tell you things you should know about personal daintiness and grooming...what to do about sports...in other words, how to be your usual active, attractive self during 'those days.'

Signed,

Thank you, Betty!

"Norwegian" 2-6-0 No 19 (ex NSB 21c class No 376) is hauling a test train prior to reopening the first section of the line.

The Rolvenden site looks very undeveloped by present-day standards - even the Rother Valley Timber Company, behind the fence on the right, has expanded a lot since thosedays.

The water tank was almost the only feature at Rolvenden to survive rationalisation by British Railways after passenger services stopped in 1954

See how informally a mechanic is jumping all over the wing of the Dakota. And, those two milk men crossing the tarmac. Such informality and free access is gone because of security these days.

I do want to raise my glass to good bands that end up playing for crowds like the one tonight. A business dinner on a Sunday night. In a rainy Miami. Guys, I raise my glass and I clap very very hard for you (it was a very good band, really)

Ok, I'm in a rainy Miami having a business dinner on a Sunday night. I might need someone to raise a glass for me too... I flew all day after sleeping for only 3 hours last night, and arrived here to find our that my luggage didn't. Then I thought I could get away with wearing my vintage looking cardigan to the dinner (yes, with sneakers, a Gap t-shirt and jeans - and frizzy hair that's been rained on) but one of the cool vintage buttons came off.

After apologizing at dinner (I sell cosmetics, I HAVE to look more put together...) I came to my hotel room (no suitcase yet, so I had to wash my underwear and dry with the blow dryer.), took a shower (hotel shampoo, ouch) and made a tea. But I spilled it all over the towels.

I'm having one of THOSE days.
