Yes, this is it... Paleis t Loo. Finally, yesterday it was time. I was going to take the perfect photo of the front of Paleis t Loo. I once (2015) tried with my phone. But now there was a big white tent between me and the perfect photo. I had a flashback to a few months ago when I was standing in front of the Porte Nigra and about the same thing happened to me, only then it was a stage.
Otherwise I had a perfect day yesterday!!
Ja, dit is het... Paleis t Loo. Eindelijk was het gisteren zo ver. Ik zou de perfecte foto gaan maken van de voorkant van Paleis t Loo. Ooit (2015) met de telefoon een poging gedaan. Maar nu stond er een grote witte tent tussen mij en de perfecte foto in. Ik kreeg een flash back naar een paar maanden geleden toen ik voor de Porte Nigra stond en mij ongeveer hetzelfde overkwam, alleen was het toen een podium.
Verder had ik gisteren wel een perfecte dag!!

The sky was clear all day today so I got ready and went out to a spot that I might have a good view of the sunset. I didn't have a naked eye view of the comet so I first snapped a picture with a 24mm lens and was able to use landmarks and guesswork to align the telephoto for a couple of shots. It had been cloudy all week and when I got the opportunity to photograph this comet that may be on it's way out of the solar system I thought, this is it, I get a picture now or miss out.

By the way, I’m enjoying the new Reala Ace film sim. Harder in tone than Provia and Astia, not such juiced-up hues as Velvia. Had routinely been adding what Apple calls “definition” (=“clarity” in Lightroom, I think) in post, don’t need it now.
