Artist Brett Amory invited Warholian.com over to his Oakland based studio for a preview of his new show "The Waiting Room" at Thinkspace Gallery.
Amory's work often places individuals in locations where they stand waiting, often alone.
His style is both realistic and impressionistic, but most of all each painting is engrained deeply with feeling. That's the magic of Amory's work, it's leaves you with a true sense of curiosity and wonder.
One of the century's new American upstart painters? We think so, and we mean it.
Check out Brett's show opening at Thinkspace Gallery June 11th at 7:00pm.
