Atardecer de miradas lánguidas en recuerdos con aromas de mar
Palabras de historias prometidas dejando huella en la orilla,
Caminantes sin rumbo acariciando con sus pies la frescura del agua;
Te comprendo, te observo y leo tus pensamientos.
Sunset memories of languid looks flavored sea
Words of stories pledged their mark on the shore,
Walkers aimlessly stroking her feet cool water;
Pilgrims of dreams and discreet lovers bid farewell to Alba.
Whispers of waves and white foam as pearl necklaces in your face
You wander offshore to feel your strength and your worship farewell
What larger universe and broken poems open your arms of love.
Caress the last rays of the sun and keep your soul light.
On the sand I look without being noticed by your eyes, I photograph, I hear,
I understand you, I watch you and read your thoughts.
Farewell to a long, delicious summer singing sirens in my mind,
Farewell to sea perfumes which oxygenate my poems,
Goodbye, at last .... Long and short summer, lovers and laymen.
Synagogues in heaven as temples where worship the sun, light and heat,
Words that revive dead so far, bye ... long, hot summer.

The Chinese lantern plant is basically a herbaceous perennial that can live up to an age of three years. This unique plant has some great qualities apart from its looks. It has the ability to withstand extremely low temperatures exceeding even more than -40C.
Ironically the Chinese lantern plant is not native to the country of China. It was first discovered in Japan. It gets its name from the unique fruit that it produces. The fruit is shaped like a balloon and has a papery texture. It is red in color and known as the calyx. In terms of its appearances it looks exactly like the Chinese lantern craftwork.

when i got a flickr account 3 years ago, my purpose was showing my pictures to a few friends of mine.
at some point, things must have got out of hand, 'cos yesterday i reached one million visits.
i didn't expect to meet so many nice, kind and funny people - besides of very talented photographers. i also learnt a lot about photography, and was inspired by many of you guys.
so, things turned out different than i expected, but i'm grateful for that, and i want to thank all of you with all my heart for your kindness, constant support and constructive criticism.

Emma & her brother David had a sleepover at our place this weekend!
Aunt Johanna is the best storyteller according to them... and she reads them lots of stories before they need to go to bed!
And this idea popped in my head when I saw them sitting on the bed listening to Jo!
Bedtime stories used to make me feel you could fly between the stars and the moon if you wanted to!
Emma was an awesome model (as always)
but wanted something "cool" like her mom in
So I told her there would be stars and a moon... then she just smiled!
