The vast and solemn company of clouds
Around the Sun's death, lit, incarnadined,
Cool into ashy wan; as Night enshrouds
The level pasture, creeping up behind
Through voiceless vales, o'er lawn and purpled hill
And hazéd mead, her mystery to fulfil.
Cows low from far-off farms; the loitering wind
Sighs in the hedge, you hear it if you will,--

Now every sound at length is hush'd away.
These few are sacred moments. One more Day

First is I got Calista, the bfc girl ive been wanting to have. I want to get all of them. And now, im thinking, what would be her look. Anyway, I got her from a fab doll collector, so I need to be always in the lookout. Second, Nikki's reroot, finally done! well almost, it lacks volume and life because I have to rush the reroot coz I dont want 2013 to end without her done. Its so long and I wanted to bring her to the salon and have her bob hair and ill just make an extension whenever she feels to have a long or curly hair. :D
Some things very dear to my heart... nature, and my trusty Linhof Technica with which I've made so many of my favourite photographs over the past decade.
The glass bell houses 4 Gonimbrasia belina (Emperor moth) larvae, which I'm very much looking forward to seeing when they hatch.

All done and the binding will be in the border print. I like a design that makes me want to make the next group of blocks to see how they look. The sixteen patches done this way are like that :) The next picture is a close up of some of the animal prints. Pictures & comments in Piecing 2018 Set 1.

My phone - I have it with me all the time. I'd be lost without it. Free mobile Facebook at work keeps me sane on quiet nights!
My Neighbour Totoro - can cheer me up no matter what
Goldfish crackers - I used to love these when I was a kid and spent a lot of time in America! My lovely friend Courtney sent me over a bag. Nomnomnom!
Masquerade mask - I love it, it's beautiful
Piggy bank - I save all 50ps, 20ps, 10ps, 5ps, 2ps and 1ps, and then count them up every few weeks. Whatever I've saved, gets spent on my stuff for photography!
Irish country relish - From work, this stuff is amazing! My friends refer to it as 'crack', because it is so good!
Teabag - I adore tea. I am not awake until I've had my morning brew.
Hodgeheg - Sam bought him for me, and we tend to take him everywhere :)
