The Canon EOS 5D Mark II EF 24-105/4L IS USM was my workhorse until I got the Nikon D800 & D800E with the 70-200 mm 2.8 VR2 zoom.
Canon, Nikon, you can't go wrong with the pretty 45surf model goddesses! (Though the D800 is my new love.)

My D800E was in the shop, so I shot with the D800 and the Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II AF-S Nikkor Zoom Lens For Nikon Digital SLR Cameras. I just noticed the B&H circular polarizer is stuck on the lens!

I am refinishing these photos in Lightroom 5! She was a tall, thin, fit, athletic goddess and classic california beach babe! A pretty brunette with brown/hazel eyes and long black hair! Amazingly scuplted and toned body, abs, quads, legs, calves, biceps and more!
Shot with a Panasonic DMC-FZ50--a nifty little camera that still had a CCD in it, instead of the cmos sensor! It's close to Micro 4/3 and the Leica lens/ glass is awesomely sharp!

With the black 45surf surfboard! It gets hot in the sand in the sun! Wearing a leather Buffalo Nickel Cowboy Hat! :)
Combine the shallow-depth-of-field with Sony NEX-6's latest face-tracking auto focus, and you can see how the moving video keeps the model's pretty blue eyes in focus, while blurring the background! The Sony Alpha NEX 6 has much better bokeh than the cameras I have been using! :)

It is Athena who descends to call Telemachus to Adventure in the first book of Homer's Odyssey--to man up, find news of his true father Odysseus, and rid his home of the false suitors, and too, it is Athena who descends in the first book of Homer's Iliad, to calm the Rage of Achilles who is about to draw his sword so as to slay his commander who just seized Achilles' prize, thusly robbing Achilles of his Honor--the higher prize Achilles fought for. And now Athena descends once again, assuming the form of a Gold 45 Goddess, to inspire you along your epic odyssey of heroic endeavour.
