This is from the first day we met the street kids in Kigali, Rwanda. They come to the Dream Center twice a week.
The kids would wash their clothes in buckets, then hang them up to dry on the fence. By the time they had their meal and worship, their clothes would be dry, ready to be put on again.
When the kids come to the Dream Center, they are able to wash their clothes. While they wait for them to dry, they use whatever they can find to cover themselves.
