For these times of confinement, we need, family, pets, music, photography, books, TV and the internet. We've found this wonderful Icelandic series in Netflix called Trapped, or Ófærð, if you speak a little bit of Icelandic. It is a thriller that keeps you at the edge of the seat. We'v just end the first of the two seasons. The music is just spectacular. It is the work of these three musicians. Johann Jhannsson, Hildur Ingveldardóttir Guðnadóttir, Rutger Hoedemaekers. Hildur Guðnadóttir has gained worldwide recognition because of her impressive work in the soundtrack of Joker, that made her won an Oscar prize.

In shadowy space, in the loneliness of the final frontier, well out of Hubble’s reach both sweet and savoury comestibles spin around their own axis. Are these, in the interstellar emptiness spinning tops, which seem to float in-between dimension and space, snacks of the Starchild, canteen waste of the Imperial fleet or was the teleport perhaps acting up agin? All possibilities are infinitely improbable, ou quoi Valérian?

The Si-Ma.K 5150 "Bow Fighter" builds upon the successful Si-Mak 42 platform, delivering the same cloud cluster fighting as the 42, but in a smaller and cheaper system base.

The 5150 Bow Fighter was designed for close in tight fighting with one or a cluster of Fighters in planetary, close orbit or close fleet operations. Unlike the 42, the 5150 requires a base of operations and has a smaller networked swarm range than the bigger 42 variant.

It is idea solution for rapid attacks or defence of specific sub light year zones.

The 5150 Bow Fighters squads are commonly called Fifty-One-Fifty due to perceived odds of fighting with (50:1), or against a cluster (1:50).

Which side of the odds do you want to be?

Designed by Kenneth Howes and Jeff Crompton the new Series 1 Alpine was introduced in 1959 as a replacement for the earlier generation Alpine. The Series I used a 1,494 cc (91.2 cu in) engine and was styled by the Loewy Studios for the Rootes Group. The car made extensive use of components from other Rootes Group vehicles and was built on a modified floorpan from the Hillman Husky estate car with running gear sourced mainly from the Sunbeam Rapier, but with front disc brakes replacing the saloon car's drums

In 1960 the Series 1 was replaced by theSeries II (2) which featured an enlarged 1,592 cc with improved.

ride and trim levels

Two cars were prepared by the Rootes Competition Department at Ryton under Competition Manager Norman Garrard and project leader Mike Parkes, 3000 RW and 3001 RW the two Le Mans cars had race-tuned engines, though being production-based 1,600cc push-rod units, these produced little more than 100bhp. The cars appearances differed, 3000 RW had a Harrington C type body designed by Clifford Harrigton with a fastback fibre glass Harrington glassfibre roof incorporated a roof vent above the rear window a unique aerodynamic front-end treatment with faired in lights together with aluminium doors, bonnet and boot lid, and Perspex windows. The second car 3001 RW had a Hardtop body and lightweight both cars featured a special overdrive. fitted to the four-speed gearbox and the highest available rear axle ratio used. In addition, a large fuel tank was fitted directly behind the seats with a large, ‘Aston’-type filler in the driver’s side rear window. Microcell seats and a Colotti wood-rim steering wheel (subsequently abandoned after practice) were fitted. The aim was to contest Le Mans prestigous Index of Thermal Efficiency which was won by the Harrigton Alpine 3000 RW driven by Peter Harper and Peter Proctor ably supported 3001 RW piloted by (number ‘35’) driven by Paddy Hopkirk and Peter Jopp

After Le Mans 3001 RW remained with the Competition Department changing roles to contest the 1962 Monte Carlo Rally driven by Gregor Grant and Cliff Davis finishing fifth in class

Many thanks for a Marmalising

Another one from my archives, a shot taken earlier this year in a Paris Mètro station Cité. These Photon Canons a.k.a. Light Posts made me think of Lost The Series... probably because of the metal plates somehow.

A touch of pink . . .a first time bloom, it was a surprise to see this delicate pink on the edges of the petals . . .only a touch!

It's the second in the series of four colors I have . . .

Picture attached shows the first sign of the beginning . . .

I thought rerooting the two pack Rapunzel would help bring some diversity to my Tangled the series dolls and I looooveee it!! Cass' hair is in the styling process, and Adventure Rapunzel will get her reroot as soon as the 21" of hair arrive 😉

French postcard by Carterie artistique et cinématographique in theSeries Encyclopédie du cinéma, no. 647. French poster for Les Aventures de Till L'Espiègle (Gérard Philipe, Joris Ivens, 1956), starring Gérard Philipe and also with Fernand Ledoux, Nicole Berger, and Jean Carmet. Design: Marcel Jeanne.

Legendary idol of the French cinema Gérard Philipe (1922–1959) was adored for his good looks, but he was also a very talented actor. He played roles as diverse as Faust and Modigliani and he was sought out by France's preeminent directors for his versatility and professionalism.

Fernand Ledoux (1897-1993) was a French stage and screen actor of Belgian origin. Ledoux' film career spanned from the late 1910s to the 1980s and included classic French film titles such as La Bête humaine, Goupi Mains Rouges, Les Visiteurs du soir, Les Aventures de Till L'Espiègle, Christine, The Longest Day and The Trial.

I love these dolls so much!! The articulation is superb, the outfits are amazing, and they're just so adorable! The hair is even better than what the DS has been using. It's still nylon, but it's not horrible! Cassandra's curls were pretty frizzy after washing though, so hopefully that's just a small inconvenience. They'll still probably get rerootes though😅

My conceptual art can turn women so horny

(ohhh, yeeeahhh!!!!!)

We discussed my pale legs, even though I try to expose them as much as possible.

Simoun (シムーン) are fictional aircraft featured in the eponymous anime series by Studio Deen and its manga adaptations.

The Simoun are considered sacred objects in the Tempus-Spatium faith because of their ability to conjure powerful magical spells known as "Ri Majons" by flying in predefined patterns in the air.

Simulacrum is defended by advanced airships known as "Simoun."

A Simoun is a two-seater aircraft propelled by two helical motors, based on technology left over from the fallen ancientcivilization.

The exact operation of the helical motor is not well understood by Simulacran technicians, but one of the two rotors apparently controls the Simoun's position in space, and the other affects the flow of time.

According to their religion, two priestesses descended from heaven and explained to the people how to operate the Simouns, after they were found in excavations or had just been abandoned.

These same priestesses are credited for teaching the people anew about Tempus-Spatium and renewing the faith and religion.

A Simoun requires two crew members to fly.

The two crew members have separate cockpits, each with its own independent flight controls and instrumentation.

The crew member in the forward cockpit, known as "the auriga" ,actually flies the Simoun, while the crew member in the aft cockpit, known as "the sagitta" , acts as a navigator and controls the Simoun's weapons and other accessories (however, at times in theseries it seems the sagitta affects the flying of the craft as well).

In episode-5, the Simoun flown by Morinas and Aerflies off-course during the Bell Ri-Majon.

The fault is attributed to Morinas, even though she is the sagitta.

Simulacrum also possesses one-and two-seater training aircraft similar to the Simoun, known as "Simile Simoun" (シミレ・シムーン), which are based on a less-advanced design with one somewhatsimpler helical motor.
