So, retail therapy, far better than the conventional chaise lounge [do you actually lay down?]. And with the bonus that you get to wear these over and over...assuming that someone, anyone, is willing to take you out.

Therapy. I needed too get out but so headed to the coast. I really struggled too get a composition I was happy with. I could blame the easterly breeze and sea spray fogging up my filters or that the tide was going out and my compositions were chasing it. But too tell you the truth I just lacked creativity. Still I was at one of my favourite local places and the sunset was bonny so no complaints .

This morning, I brought my car to the garage, because someone (didn't left a note) damaged it. (€ 800 !) So I went, it's about 6 km. from my home, and walked back along the creek. With mixed feelings I walked there (and of course with my small camera) and suddenly the sun came through and brought a smile upon my face. So this light was a type of therapy for me. Someone above the clouds is watching over me; I know that for sure! View my therapy on LARGE please!
What's A Girl To Do After A Long Week?
Shoe Therapy of course. Besides being with Mikhayla, hi Love, nothing brings a smile to my face more than a new pair of heels. The feel of slipping them on for the first time, the smell of the leather and of course the looks I get when I go out. Shoe Therapy is almost the best thing ever.

Even in the winter, sitting by water can be therapeutic... as long as you are dressed for it. There's no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing.
This is Cindy. She is a fully trained therapy dog. She spends her days helping people with dementia. They cuddle, pet and talk to her. Every day on her visits she remembers them and some days they remember her.
I fell in love with sweet Cindy. Not every stranger I meet is human.
Two very young first cousins - ages five years old and one year old - are captured while having a quick talk at a village seashore.
Note that the younger boy, who can easily be mistaken as a girl because of his long, pony-tailed hair, has the lower half of his body buried in the sand.
When I asked his young mother, who is watching him from a few steps away, she said that her little son has an in-born foot deformity and as a result, he cannot walk steadily on his two legs. Upon the advice of some of her elders, she buries his lower limbs in the sand as a therapy and she does this often in early morning for several long minutes. .
