My parents are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary this week. They became husband and wife on August 19, 1949.
This is a musical composite project, in their honor.

See what happens when Nelson offers to drive 4 of his real estate colleagues around town on caravan? And one is also photographer who just HAD to take a picture of these lovely 'summer grasses' that Nelson spotted from the driver's seat?
So since I'm sitting right in the middle and no one else really wanted to get out, he opens up the sunroof so I could take this pic from the top of his car. Now, that's teamwork!
You can see better in the detail shot that this determined little weed was flourishing at the top of the sign. It was actually growing from under the cement sidewalk, reaching for the blue sky and sunshine to enrich it's life.
Maybe even still, the best is yet to come for it :)))

These red insects have suddenly started to become profuse. They are supposedly benign but are getting more numerous by the day.
Once you would see them running around, mating all year but on the ground, now I see them up in trees, on tamarind leaves and some big ones sitting still on even the soft bark of the wild fig tree in my home.
I managed to photograph this one as it drove its proboscis into the fig and pulled it out. Will try to post the Gif on the same page.
