By placing the camera closer to or farther from the subject, he draws a detail. But he composes a picture in very nearly the same amount of time it takes to click the shutter, at the speed of a reflex action :-)

Beim Besuch des illuminierten Kurparks müssen die Corona- bedingt geltenden Hygiene- und Abstandsregeln eingehalten werden.
Built in 1921, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places June 6, 1979, and was listed as a Chicago Landmark January 28, 1983.
It's also amazingly impressive on the inside.

Die konkrete Ausgestaltung des Entwurfs und die Bauausführung erfolgten durch Paul Böhm, den Sohn Gottfried Böhms. Das neue Hans Otto Theater wurde am 22. September 2006 offiziell eröffnet.

Het Chassé Theater is een groot theater in de binnenstad van Breda, naast de oude Kloosterkazerne. Het theater is vernoemd naar de legerofficier David Hendrik Chassé. Het is gehuisvest in een modern gebouw met een opvallend golvend dak naar een ontwerp van Herman Hertzberger, dat uit 1995 dateert. Het theater bestaat uit drie theaterzalen, drie filmzalen en drie restaurants. Het theater ontvangt jaarlijks zo'n 400.000 bezoekers. Voorloper van het Chassé Theater was de Stadsschouwburg Concordia.

Hadrian's Villa comprised about 30 structures spread over a square kilometer or about 250 acres. The maritime theater is called a villa within a villa and was a private get away for the emperor.
One structure in the villa is the so-called "Maritime Theatre". It consists of a round portico with a barrel vault supported by pillars. Inside the portico was a ring-shaped pool with a central island. The large circular enclosure 40 metres (130 ft) in diameter has an entrance to the north. Inside the outer wall and surrounding the moat are a ring of unfluted Ionic columns. The Maritime Theater includes a lounge, a library, heated baths, three suites with heated floors, washbasin, an art gallery, and a large fountain During the ancient times, the island was connected to the portico by two wooden drawbridges. On the island sits a small domus, complete with an atrium, a library, a triclinium, and small baths. The area was probably used by the emperor as a retreat from the busy life at the court.[Wikipedia]

The Southern Theater was constructed in 1912-13 and was used both as a movie theater and live performance venue.
The architect was George Dieringer of Wheeling. The rectangular two-story
flat-roofed masonry building has a three-story fly loft and sits on a sandstone block foundation. The masonry walls
are faced with blond brick in the theater block and red brick at the fly loft, except for the eastern elevation of the fly
loft, which is concrete. The building features a pressed metal cornice, with egg and dart molding and ornate metal
brackets, which returns along the side elevations. The area above the cornice has been faced with vertical metal
siding. This area originally featured a parapet wall with center half-round arch and finials at the front fa ade. The
front (eastern) fa ade is symmetrical with five bays at the first story and seven bays at the second story. Tooled
sandstone blocks sit atop a sandstone water table that returns for one bay along the northern elevation. Yellow brick
is used decoratively at the front elevation. A soldier course of blond brick lined by yellow stretcher brick visually
divides the first and second stories. Two small gargoyles are located at the upper level near the cornice.
The building is currently used by United Refridgeration
Built in the 1920s and renovated in 1940, it is one of the few buildings in all of White County to exhibit Art Deco styling (a result of the 1940 alterations), and the only theater with that styling.
Theater Heerlen, vroeger Stadsschouwburg Heerlen, is het grootste theater van de Nederlandse stad Heerlen en Parkstad Limburg en maakt sinds 1999 samen met het Theater Kerkrade in Kerkrade deel uit van de groep Parkstad Limburg Theaters. Beide theaters hebben één programmering, die over de gebouwen wordt verdeeld.
In het voorjaar van 2007 heropende het theater – oorspronkelijk door Frits Peutz ontworpen en in 1961 geopend – zijn deuren, na een verbouwing van drie jaar; het beschikt nu over een grote zaal (RABOzaal), een kleine zaal (INGzaal) en een middenzaal (LIMBURGzaal). Het theater werkt onder andere samen met de Stichting Cultura Nova, die jaarlijks het tiendaagse grensoverschrijdende zomerfestival Cultura Nova organiseert.
Theater Heerlen, formerly Stadsschouwburg Heerlen, is the largest theater in the Dutch city of Heerlen and Parkstad Limburg and has been part of the Parkstad Limburg Theaters group since 1999, together with Theater Kerkrade in Kerkrade. Both theaters have one program, which is distributed over the buildings.
In the spring of 2007, the theater - originally designed by Frits Peutz and opened in 1961 - reopened its doors after a three-year renovation; it now has a large room (RABO room), a small room (ING room) and a middle room (LIMBURG room). The theater works together with the Cultura Nova Foundation, which annually organizes the ten-day cross-border summer festival Cultura Nova.
