… one last look at beautiful Richmond Bridge glowing in the almost Summer. It has changed very little since it was built in the late XVIIIth Century, and is now the oldest bridge on the Thames in London.
Its toll booths were removed by the mid XIXth Century, and the central span was redesigned slightly in the mid XXth Century to better accommodate modern traffic.

After completing a long and healthy hike to Delicate Arch, keep an eye out for this wonderful panel of petroglyphs.

This panel is in the Arches National Park, Utah.
I was walking with a friend and she showed me an area I'd never been to before! I was a very enjoyable walk although a lot of damage from last winter's storms was very apparent. This is looking through one arch of a viaduct, the path leads along the stream. Behind me is Ramsey beach and the sea.

When I eventually got to the arch, the woman in these photos was still standing under the rock formation.
Delicate Arch is the best-known feature in Utah's Arches National Park.
Re-edited version of a photograph taken in The Arches National Park. I spotted a small 'window' high overhead, and using only fingers and toes, foolishly clawed my way up. I was able to photograph Delicate Arch and a hiker through the hole. This version better matches the colors as I remember them.
These three spectacular arches are the main attraction of The Arches Provincial Park. There used to be four arches but one has collapsed.
The park is located between Parson's Pond and Portland Creek, about half way up the west side of the Northern Peninsula. All three arches have a height of 15 feet.
Very realistic animals in this petroglyph cluster. It's on a wall in The Arches National Park near Moab, Utah.
The interesting thing about this group of petroglyphs is there are four showing Native Americans on horseback.

Dramatic sky over the Arches this morning. Over 20 years ago I used to use that barber shop to the left of the picture. Although I've long hair these days. back in the late 90's I had a flat top and the Arches barber shop were famed in those days for their ability with that style
My first outing of 2011 with my camera - a beautiful Sunday Afternoon's winter walk in Hampstead Heath.
A non-HDR composition.
Aunty Doris must have said something really, really bad about our Sharon :o)) The Arches, Carr Mill Dam, St.Helens, Merseyside
