Obvious words like regering*, danmark* etc. have been deleted. Also a list of recurring words with (probably) little thematic importance has been removed. This hasn't been done in a systematic way, though, and the cloud must be treated as a subjective interpretation.
"Jobs, youth, education, public institutions, cooperation, businesses, children, international, countries, development, crime ..." is basically what the cloud conveys.
Nothing really surprising, apart frome the "crime" focus (kriminalitet). On one hand, part of this theme (subthemes are: trafficking, Schengen, gangs, asylum seekers, ghettos) may be viewed as a bowing in to the xenophobic undercurrents in Danish politics.
On the other hand, prevention, rehabilitation, and an easening of the punitive aspects seems to be dominating in the text on a closer reading.
I don't think there's a lot more to yield from a tag cloud. Next step will probably have to be some sort of co-word network analysis.
