02/25/21: We recently discovered this buzzard while taking a walk and were able to see it up close. (But not as close as the photos at the end suggest - I have a Kleien superzoom camera.) The crows would not let the buzzard rest and chased it away as soon as he sat down in a tree.

25.02.21: Diesen Bussard entdeckten wir kürzlich bei einem Spaziergang und konnten ihn aus nächster Nähe betrachten. (Allerdings nicht so nah, wie die Fotos am Ende vermuten lassen - ich habe eine Kleien Superzoom-Kamera.) Die Krähen ließen dem Mäusebussard keine Ruhe und verscheuchten ihn, sobald er sich niederließ.

02/22/21: The other day on the bike tour, nature kept all aggregate states ready for us, including bizarre ice formations (in the photos, swipe ...), but above all a lot of mud. Our bikes were incredibly dirty. What I didn't know: Mud is really hard to paint.

22.02.21: Neulich auf der Radtour hielt die Natur alle Aggregatzustände für uns parat, unter anderem bizarre Eisformationen (in den Fotos, swipe...), aber vor allen Dingen viel Schlamm. Unsere Räder waren unfassbar verdreckt. Was ich nicht wusste. Schlamm ist wirklich schwer zu malen.

210123: We were in Eckernförde at the Borbyer Promenade - there is a beautiful new architectural ensemble: A thatched house, in which the Naturkostbar offers delicious coffee, waffles, cakes and food. Next to it is a modern (gender) toilet house. A great combination of old and new. In the park, I observed a man staggering toward the King Wilhelm Monument and addressing the monument, "Well, who are you?" I thought that was funny, but at the same time kind of touching.
21022: On Sunday we went for a walk on Falckenstein beach. A horde of rowdy swans came swarming towards us - they were very curious and a bit too brisk for me - I preferred to keep distance.

210123: Wir waren in Eckernförde an der Borbyer Promenade - dort gibt es ein schönes neues Architektur-Ensemble: Ein Reetdachhaus, in der die Naturkostbar leckeren Kaffee, Waffeln, Kuchen und Speisen anbietet. Daneben ist ein modernes (Gender)-Klohaus. Eine gelungene Kombination aus alt und neu. In der Parkanlage beobachtete ich einen Mann, der auf das König-Wilhelm-Denkmal zuschwankte und das Denkmal ansprach: "Na, wer bist du denn?" Das fand ich lustig, aber gleichzeitig auch irgendwie rührend.
21022: Am Sonntag machten wir einen Spaziergang am Falckensteiner Strand. Eine Horde halbstarker Schwäne kam auf uns zugeschwommmen - sie waren sehr neugierig und mir ein bisschen zu forsch - ich habe lieber Abstand gehalten.
