This is the Kurilpa Bridge, and is the world's largest tensegrity bridge.
This pedestrian and bicycle bridge was opened on 4 Oct 2009 and was originally known as the Tank St Bridge.
A public competition was help to decide on a new name and "Kurilpa" was the winning entry. The name reflects the Australian Aboriginal word for the South Brisbane and West End area, and means "place for water rats".
