Definitely not Olympics tennis :)

This is an in-camera multiple exposure (3 exposures) with a bit of ICM as well. It was fun to do this one - with the players moving quickly or standing still. You never know what you're going to get :)

Another shot from our trip to Cuba in April. This one of the resident Great Egret at the resort hanging out on the tennis court which made for a nice green background.

Thanks for taking a look!!

It did not surprise me, that nobody played tennis that day, but what was surprising that there were no kids on toboggan hill next to the courts. Kids are so used to being cooped up at home, possibly doing virtual skiing, tobogganing and yes even playing tennis on their screens. (I did play tennis once on computer). This was two weeks ago. All snow is gone now.

TENNIS ANYONE??? wHERE IS EVERYBODY???

We recently returned from a trip to Southeast Asia, with our first stop in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur. We had only two nights there, so I was determined to make the most of my chance to photograph the majestic towers. Not too long ago, they held the title of tallest buildings in the world. That time has firmly passed, but interestingly—though not visible in this photo—Kuala Lumpur is now home to the second tallest building in the world.

I decided to leave the neighboring building in the photo... just for some framing and context. perhaps in later versions i will only show the city scape... what do you think?

KL, like many major cities, offers a fascinating mix of cultures and energies. I highly recommend stepping away from the dramatic, majestic business district to explore the neighborhood markets, where the city’s everyday rhythm truly comes alive.

Yesterday I posted a photo of Woodmansterne Park, a small green space not far from where I live in south London. If you look closely at the left half of that image, under the tree leaves, you will just about see some tennis courts where this was shot. The mist was very heavy at that point and the trees behind this corner support frame were completely obscured even though they were only a few hundred metres away. It made for an interesting background and contrasted beautifully with the green frame and green grass.

It snowed last night.....just a little bit....and then stopped. Not enough to cause the usual, panic Dublin drivers have when an inch or so lies on the roads. And none of the tennis players stopped their games!

This morning those parked cars were covered in a hard white frost, but no snow!

Taken from my neighbour’s window, on my floor. You can see our Recreation building, and some of the trees in our centre court are lit and despite the rain it looks sort of magical.

The snow covers the ground outside of the tennis court but no one wants to play today as temp hovers around freezing.

HFF! Taken recently from our recreation centre in our condo complex.

Thanks for visiting, stay blessed, I am busy with family commitments, so will visit when I can.

The courts sit empty as the blossoms reign supreme.
