Didn't get too far with this tough game on the ps4, mainly because Ghost of Tsushima dropped. Shall give it a go at 4k =)

Stephen King once said “Books are a uniquely portable magic.” And in the case of Plachta this certainly holds true. One could argue that alchemy and magic are two different things but for me they are two sides of the same coin. And if you look for the holy grail of alchemy, which is turning any object into gold look no further then Gust Co. Ltd., selling us the same base formula year after year for over two decades now.
This is my first major figure photo in 2020 and I really enjoyed working on it. I managed to try out new materials and techniques. Surprisingly when I skipped through my portfolio, I realized that I never really created a complete indoor environment for a scale figure.

Topic: Ninja Gaiden (忍者外伝, Ninja Gaiden?) è una serie di videogiochi della Tecmo che ha come protagonista il ninja Ryu Hayabusa. La serie è conosciuta in Giappone come Ninja Ryukenden (忍者龍剣伝, Ninja Ryūkenden?), la leggenda della spada ninja del drago.
In giapponese la parola gaiden significa "storia parallela", anche se il gioco non è basato su una storia alternativa o su uno spin-off della serie. Si è spesso ipotizzato che la Tecmo abbia usato la parola gaiden perché più semplice da pronunciare che non l'originale ryūkenden. La Tecmo voleva originariamente utilizzare il titolo Ninja Dragon per la commercializzazione del videogioco negli Stati Uniti, ma la scelta fu scartata perché la Data East aveva già prodotto un gioco di combattimento chiamato Bad Dudes vs. Dragon Ninja, e dunque si sarebbe creata confusione. In Europa e Australia il titolo del gioco per le versioni per computer è stato ulteriormente cambiato in Shadow Warriors. Le versioni per console hanno invece mantenuto il titolo originale di Ninja Gaiden.
La serie è diventata popolare sulla console a 8-bit della Nintendo, il NES, grazie al gameplay in cui venivano ben miscelate le varie fasi di combattimento, la musica orecchiabile e l'utilizzo di scene di intermezzo che mano a mano svelavano la trama del gioco. La trilogia creata per l'8-bit della Nintendo fu migliorata durante il passaggio al 16-bit sul Super Nintendo nel 1995.Successivamente alla serie si è aggiunto un nuovo episodio per la Xbox, il remake per PlayStation 3, recentemente il sequel per Xbox 360 e il remake del sequel per PlayStation 3. Diversamente dai precedenti episodi, questi ultimi titoli sono stati realizzati in 3D e sono stati sviluppati dal Team Ninja, lo stesso gruppo che ha sviluppato la serie di Dead or Alive.

Mt. Hikami was once worshiped as a sacred place where a unique religion was taught.
The water on this mountain is believed to house spirits, and there is a teaching from this region that “humans are born from water and return to it at the end of their lives.”
As a result, “people looking for death” come to this mountain and experience their last moments while they come in contact with the mountain’s water. They believe this is the proper way to end their lives.
Several peculiar rituals and customs still exist on this mountain, and many bizarre and unfortunate occurrences have supposedly taken place here.
This story takes place on Mt. Hikami, a mountain believed to be a sacred place, and revolves around Yuri Kozukata, Ren Hojo and Miu Hinasaki who act as the three protagonists whose stories are interwoven in this mysterious and dream-like tale.
