While the girl and hubs were waiting in line to ride the teacups, I decided to play with shutter speed.

Brian Johns thought I should put the kittens in a teacup. Really it was a mug they fit in but Phoebe is so cute in this one.

Acrylic painting on found wood

Cause I love Teacups and I love all those photos with dolls or flowers or figures in them and I bought a new cup I just tried to shoot him in it. I would love a photo with many diffrent cups and him in one of them. So I need to get more teacups xD

Bishy Road Street Party 2012

Porcelain teacups in the traditional Chinese style of rice pattern. This delicate pattern gets its name from grains of rice embedded in the clay before firing. The grains are destroyed in the firing and leave the translucent porcelain windows which allow the light to filter through.

Startin the day out right... in a teacup.

Kyle took this photo of me when we were at La Ronde this summer, I love this photo but I HATE the teacups! ;) Last time I ride on them with you Kyle!

Tea today is “Raspberry Earl” a black tea with a hint of my favorite, raspberries…. I think that if I lived in a house surrounded by raspberry bushes like we had at our summer cottage life would certainly be close to “complete”! I am using my favorite apple tea-pot, and I wanted to show off my apple salt and pepper shakers, kind of fun. The cup came with a lovely Christmas bouquet of white and red carnations and mums… and works just fine here because I needed a green cup!

Favors for Zoe's 6th birthday party - Elizabeth bought these inexpensive white teacups and I drew on them with permanent marker, then we put them in the oven for a bit. From an idea on Pinterest!

My new teacups ^_^

i couldn't go on this ride... anything that goes just in circles will pretty much just kill me... i'm sure of it. glad to see the nerds having fun tho... tried to take pics of everyone but trying to focus on fast moving objects in low light was pretty tough.

My Raspberry Zinger tastes especially good in this mug with the lovely pattern of swirls and flowers. I have also included a fascinator that I made with vintage milliner flowers and leaves and French wire ribbon, I wear it with the scarf that is shown further down the post. The vintage necklace is made from carved MOP flowers; and the vintage metal rose was a pin worn by my husband’s grandmother.
