I helped organize a tea for college freshmen last weekend.

The teacups lit up at night with beautiful colors.

I was unpacking and came across these vintage lustre ware teacups. Nothing remarkable except that they were in my grandma's china cabinet my whole life. Every once in awhile I have to contribute something to my daughter's vintage goodies group too.

Preservation System

The first known account of the TPS was by a demolition team tasked with clearing the building of anything that could be hazardous.

The TPS was found with other implements used for tea in a lower basement room apparently utilized as a study. The true function of the TPS is unknown but some speculate it was a sterilization apparatus or an early “dishwasher”.
