Airman 1st Class Cody Bekkerus, of the 119th Security Forces Squadron, directs traffic for Fargo city police car escorts of sandbag trucks Mar. 15, at a North Dakota National Guard traffic control point (TCP). Bekkerus is tasked with stopping or re-directing traffic at the intersection so that the truck carrying flood fighting sandbags and the police escort can easily pass through the intersection, allowing the sandbags to arrive quickly at its' destination on the front lines of the flood fight.
