In the cold and grey winter, a best place to appreciate flowers and take macro photos is the Centennial Park Conservatory, a local greenhouse.

it is my favorited spot. I really missed it during the pandemic. The wonderfully manicured greenhouse is free to provide beautiful floral scenes with thousands of colourful blooms, vines and lush plants from around the world.

最近、近所のスーパーは魚や野菜が品薄すで高価格で品質が悪いという状態がつづいています。

もしかして、食糧危機はすぐそこに来ているのではないかと不安になってしまいました。

Colors in winter! Lovely cherry blossom trees today that were blooming high and bright during a harsh windy Winter day. Perfect treat for Valentine's Day! <3

Final feed of fresh fiddleheads. We did them up with perogies last night. I've never combined then before, but I'll be doing it again. It was a great meal and a wonderful way to stretch the fiddleheads. Another of the tulips in my yard waiting to spread its beauty. We had incredible winds this weekend with lots more rain. The Sacramento River went over its banks in places with much flooding in the tributaries. While my garden was showing some cheery bits of color, the big picture here in Northern California looked like the pics below.
