U.S. Army Capt. Bradley Davis relinquished command to Capt. Bradley Palmer. Lt. Col. Josh Bookout, battalion commander, officiated the ceremony. The Leader Rakkasans are based at Fort Campbell, Kentucky with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).
