I have had this Killer Croc piece sitting around for a couple months, really wanted to do something with it (aside from it's intended purpose!). The other night I decided that I did not feel like sorting, and finally pulled the trigger with this guy, starting from the pile I was planning on sorting, before clearing the mess from the table and focusing on this. It was a fun challenge to fit the irregular shape into the terrain, but I was pleased with how it turned out.

Enjoy :)

Monstruo modelado a mano en arcilla polimérica. Aproximadamente 20cm de longitud por 15cm de altura.

No me he basado en ninguna criatura en particular, he ido modelando según me daba.

The Tarasque is a fierce sea monster who lunges out of the Rhone on its six legs to eat people with its lion's head.

In Oblivion's End, the party runs into the most horrible abomination across all known worlds - the Tarrasque!

The Tarasque is/was a local "monster that eats people". In later works it looks more like a dragon; this one looks more like a wolf, and we wondered if there were some connection to la Bête de Averyon, who terrorized that nearby region in the mid-1700s.

While Halaster is atop the tarrasque, he is way harder to hit, and still it didn't save him: The vampiress has managed to bite him and won't let go. And now Phoebe also has him wrapped up in vines. She even called forth a succubus, whom we saved during one of our earlier battles. All to distract Halaster.

The situation up there is anything but pleasant. Halaster is surrounded by a maelstrom of destructive energies, tearing at the vampire and the dryad. The vampiress is missing an arm, Phoebe her wings, the succubus is slowly torn apart, but we hold on to Halaster. As long as we keep him distracted, restrained, drained and finally helpless, he will be unable to stop the ritual. So we sacrifice all we can. And screaming and cursing he finally loses all control over himself.

And when this finally happens, it is time to call for help: Lord Thanathos! And if Bane himself cannot murder Halaster, who else could?

A fiendish behemoth of impossible size, the Tarasque devours anything and everything in its wake! Lion's head, goat's horns, armored carapace, six arms, a wicked spiked club for a tail... this monster has it all!

The Tarasque figure stands 5 1/2" (13.97 cm) high at the shoulder, and measures approximately 11" (27.94 cm) long. The carapace is layered felt, leaving the arms and neck quite poseable.

The Tarasque figure is of excellent scale to interact with Chenille Macabre miniatures (sold separately)... but he's of even BETTER scale for 25mm gaming miniatures- just for all those Game Masters who enjoy throwing tarasques at their players. ;)

A Dragonne is a fancy little beast that is somewhere between lion and brass dragon. More importantly, it looks like a TON of mythological monsters and heraldric symbols without actually being any of them! Is it a manticore? A shedu? A lamassu? A chimera? A dragon? The Tarrasque? Who knows!

It's actually one of the nicest-looking minis, aesthetics-wise. This is probably mostly because of that metallic sheen.

This dragonlike creature once terrorized a French town!
