南瓜西米布甸 Pumpkin Tapioca Pudding - my dessert on January 7, 2016. This is a variation of the basic tapioca pudding recipe on Daydaycook.com. I added the pumpkin flavor. No cornstarch was used here. The whipped topping on top melted so fast! The combination of the pumpkin, egg, and milk flavors contributes to the heart-warming characteristic of this winter comfort-food dessert when served fresh from the oven. I still have some to be heated up in the microwave oven tomorrow!
