This particular Thailand's tapioca noodle usually for dessert.
After boiled it for 10 minutes then serve it with sweet coconut milk and sprinkle few jack fruit bits on top of it.
However, there are many ways to eat this. If coconut milk not your liking then a sweet condensed milk could be another option. You can also throw some avocado and young coconut meat to enrich the taste.

A cup of tea, steamed tapioca, taste it with the grindle peanut and salt to make it more tasty...
amazing these stuff really fill my stomach. What the cu chi fighters eat almost daily when fighting the enemies.
