The cafe is located 2 minutes walking before the hot spring. Here, customers are serve mainly with wild vegetables such as fern, bamboo shoot, tapioca leaves. Rice and meats(usually kampung chicken) are cook inside bamboo.
An awesome picture....the lighting in my old studio was amazing for photography.

This particular Thailand's tapioca noodle usually for dessert.
After boiled it for 10 minutes then serve it with sweet coconut milk and sprinkle few jack fruit bits on top of it.
However, there are many ways to eat this. If coconut milk not your liking then a sweet condensed milk could be another option. You can also throw some avocado and young coconut meat to enrich the taste.
