Here is an assortment of what we ordered. The 3-Amigos (right) was pretty bad, especially when I judge it compared to other sausages. The sausages were dry, chewy and not at all fatty and luscious. The flavour was just spicy, or bland. There was no depth of character. The confit was forgettable and chewy. The skin was non-existent on the duck leg. The mushrooms (back left) were fresh and plump, but the cream sauce they were soaked in was terrible and tasted like canned cream soup.
