Talented Gnaoua musicians and singers in Khamlia a village in eastern Morocco on the edge of the Sahara desert. These musical families start to train their youngsters to play traditional instruments when they are very young. The little boy in the picture had been performing with this group for a year, he was only allowed to perform the easier numbers and routines.
Nature painted an abstract work using a wonderful vibrant color palette on her canvas. In every shift of my lens, red, yellow, green, purple in all their fine shades compose a wonderful, unique scene. I feel like a humble art thief ...

Were you born in Year of the Rooster...?
This chrome sculpture is by the very talented Sean Guerrero. Love his artistry and creativity! This area used to be quite rural some 50-60 years ago. It was mostly fields and there was a little airport called Phoenix Field nearby. Now, roads are being widened here and more development is happening. To me, seeing this sculpture is fitting for the area and is a lovely reminder of the way I remembered the area in years past.

1000! To celebrate this I have put together my first
picture that gained just 7 likes!!! with my most recent.
It has been a wild journey and I have seen some
great work from really talented people creating sims
which was my first love within Second Life
MANY years ago, indeed I started this page because I realized I didn't have a single picture of ANY of the work I had done back then. I have made some friends

Its a big achievement at the age of 16 & a pleasent surprise for us.

The exquisite trunk on the previous Duesenberg. The details are amazing, and some talented craftsmen spent a lot of hours of very careful work on this. Not something for muddy wet roads at speed.....

Procida is the smallest island of the Gulf of Naples; it is rich in attractions and archaeology. From the ground floor of Napoli Centro train station, you can take the metro to station Pozzuoli then get off and take the ferry at the port of Pozzuoli. The architecture of Procida has a Greek origin. In fact, the history of Procida is concentrated first of all on the medieval village “Terra Murata” and on “Corricella”, the fishing settlement. The island has served as the set for numerous films, such as The “Postman”, and some scenes in “The Talented Mr. Ripley” were shot on Corricella. The landmarks of Procida reflect typical Mediterranean pastel colours. Procida offers simply cooking and at least 10 excellent restaurants with plain cooking based on fresh fish. This simple style never fails, thanks to the 20 local fishing boats. The specialties of the cooking are: stewed rabbit (which goes back to the Borbonen who came on Procida to hunt the wild rabbit) and spaghetti with sea-urchin. Procida has 6 beaches with crystal-clear waters. Spent some relaxing days on this wonderful island. Experience the real Italy, lovely people, great views, great sand and great food.
The best way to get to procida is travelling to Pozzuoli first ,beautiful as well as other districts of Naples, by train where you will find marina with ferries. Before reaching the Island, you'll enjoy wonderful views of Faro Capo Miseno and its lighthouse. From the lighthouse you have Incredible views of Capri, Procida, Ischia, Pocinda, Baia, Pozzouli, Sorrento, Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius. Bout a 20 minute hike to the top. Another talented singer who died tragically young. Time will not allow me to give an entire backstory about him. I am thankful that I remember him while he was still alive. my parents were fans of his music, and I'm a fan to this day. He spent most of his career with Motor Town (now Motown) Records before transitioning to CBS (now Sony) Records. Sadly, for people my age, Sexual Healing was his last hit on the airwaves, whereas his prior jams such as "Heard It Through The Grapevine", "I'll Be Doggone", "What's Going On?" just to name a few, literally, were but a sample of what defined him as a musician. Sadly, on April 1, 1984, one day before his 45th birthday, he was shot by his father during an altercation.
Marvin Gaye would be 82 years old if he were alive today. Still one of the greats to this day.
Katla is an Icelandic volcano covered by the Mýrdalsjökull ice cap in the south of the country. It lies to the east of Eyjafjöll, another volcano considered to be related to Katla. And so, they journeyed on, carried by the wind, propelled by their dreams, and bound together by a love that knew no bounds.

Ruben’s House in Anwerp
Peter Paul Rubens, the famous painter of 16th-17th century, was …Belgian!! A Flemish Belgian, belonging to the Belgian Baroque tradition in painting! His unique and immensely popular Baroque style emphasized movement, colour, and sensuality, which followed the immediate, dramatic artistic style promoted in the Counter-Reformation. In his times he was a Dutch from the Southern Netherlands, living in Antwerp ! Rubens was a painter producing altarpieces, portraits, landscapes, and history paintings of mythological and allegorical subjects. He was also a prolific designer of cartoons for the Flemish tapestry workshops and of front pieces for the publishers in Antwerp.
This talented man, was a great Artist in many fields, apart from his painting talent!! He was also a very educated , charismatic scholar and diplomat, and had a great talent in decoration and architecture, which he proved by cooperating with great decorators and architects of his times, in order to create his beautiful palace home in Antwerp/Anvers of our days!! Niko had a wonderful tree house at the end of our garden, but Hurricane Milton destroyed it. So he built this new one and just added the new seat in the second photograph. He is quite innovative and talented and loves to find new things to make.
