After his eventful youth, Sir Chad decided to pursue a quiet life of peaceful meditation and thoughtful service.
He retired to the Abby of Saint Abby in Mayberry where he took up the position of herbalist, gardener and chief candy maker.

White Rock Bottled Water dates to 1871, when pharmacist H.M. Colver founded the White Rock Company in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The water was sourced from a spring that the Potawatomi Indians believed had medicinal properties. White Rock originally started for health seekers and tourists, eventually in 1876 they started bottling the water. Over the years, White Rock became known for its iconic logo featuring Psyche, a nymph from Greek mythology, which debuted in 1894. The brand has had some notable moments in history:
•It was used to christen Gloria Vanderbilt in 1924.
•Charles Lindbergh carried a bottle of White Rock Sparkling Water on his historic 1927 Spirit of St. Louis flight.
•White Rock even featured Santa Claus in its advertisements as early as 1915, predating Coca-Cola's famous Santa campaigns.
As for today, White Rock is still around. The company now produces a variety of beverages, including mixers, seltzers, and craft sodas. It's amazing to see a brand with such a rich history still thriving.

A waiter on the left takes an order as the waiter on the right prepares to deliver an order to a customer seated out in St. Mark's Square ... little did I know, it was MY order of hot chocolate. Unlike American hot chocolate, Italian hot chocolate is thick, more like a delicious, thinned pudding.

Akiyoshi provides yakitori to hungry patrons. Yakitori is chicken, beef or pork on a stick cooked over an open fire. It is totally delicious and one of my favorite Japanese foods.
One of the best parts about travelling sleeper class is that all of your meals are included in the price of the tickets. You eat at one of three sittings for each meal. There tables seat four and if you are travelling with less than a company of four you get seated with other passengers. This is often a great way to meet people.
There is a menu which gives you a choice of four fabulous, gourmet meals. I have enjoyed every meal I have eaten on the train.
August 1 to 3 I completed my train trip out to BC on Via Rail. I was travelling sleeper class.
