The city of Ulm, view from Neu-Ulm with the river Donau in the foreground. Ulm is a lovely city with lots of historic buildings, including a gothic cathedral with the highest steeple in the world (161,53 m). After climbing to the very top, we took a rest at the riverside, enjoying an ice cream.

such an interesting spot. this was below the pool. a spot that reminded me of a scene in Seven or Saw... it was kinda scary, to be honest. and the anxiety portion of my brain kept wondering what would have happened back in the day if someone had been down there fixing something and one of those windows had shattered. would they be flooded out? would they die down there? yeah, i think shit like that a lot! *shudders*

Some evening light on this nicely blooming spring tree. The dry grass in the foreground was remaining from the last year. It contrasts with the fresh life of the tree and tells a story of a dry summer and warm winter without any snow.

A tour in the city of Ulm can't be without visiting the impressive gothic cathedral (Ulmer Münster) with the highest steeple in the world (161,53 m). After climbing to the very top, we had a fantastic view over the city and on very good conditions you can see the Alps as well.
