Somerset Wisconsin
Saturday morning my wife and I drove up to Somerset Wisconsin to watch the barstool races. This annual event raises money for charities, schools and fire departments in the area
This gentleman was making a walking taco for me before the races started. A walking taco is all of the typical taco fillings, meat, cheese, onions etc etc served in a bag of fritos or doritos

My own take on meat for Taco's. We also use this mixed with rice or as a Sloppy Joe. Maria sometimes takes it like chili for work. I'm planning to mix in some more veggies and smear mashed taters over the top for a Mexican Shepard's pie!

Mom gave me her old cleaver which she got when we lived in Italy. I've had a life-long fascination with this cleaver, and now I'm in a place in my life where I can make good use of it. Thanks mor!
Here I'm chopping some very good beef chuck with spices to make taco beef, which I had on a yummy hybrid between nachos and taco salad.
