This was a Taco Charley and the 1,563 SF restaurant was built May of 1979, sometime in the late 80s/early 90s it became a Taco Bell.
I have at ate this one twice, once some teen at nearby Pioneer High School decides to set an air horn off in the restaurant and then runs out quickly. Not sure what the logic behind it was, other than looking like an idiot.

This was originally a Boston Market that opened around 1995 and was gone by 1999. Taco Bell was originally going to build across Almaden Expressway in front of the Marshalls in 1999, but for whatever reason leased the old Boston Market.
This center (built in 1967) just went through a stucco remodel- though the who building was not covered in stucco, but some rather strange looking stucco towers were added, they don't really work well with the center- but I have seen worse than this.
Only I and one other customer went inside to eat at Taco Bell while I was there today after running errands. The other diner ate at the side of the room. I ate on the street side. And I felt fine taking my mask off to scarf down the meal. It's about three years since I have had Taco Bell food. The owner of this restaurant was smart and remodeled during the slow time. Many more people were slowly creeping through the drive through in their vehicles and got to see me caught in a downpour of hail between my truck and the door.
It was good! We hadn't been to Taco Bell in a while....
We had the party pack of 12 tacos.. 6 each...and we split this....

We had originally intended to eat at Arby's, but their dining room was closed! They closed it at 6 pm, and we'd gotten there at 5 after 6. So, we went next door and ate at Taco Bell. It was a very good meal!

This lovely sign was spotted around Savannah, Georgia, right before you get to Tybee Island. I've never seen anything like it.
