Table Mountain National Park, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
Sunset from the Iconic Table Mountain, overlooking the 12 Apostles Mountain Range, the Suburb of Camps Bay, towards the Cape Point Peninsula area.
I have begun making a new gaming table. The dimensions are 4' x 4', and I have ordered folding shelves so that I may have two extra feet on either side of the table that can extend its width to eight feet.
I didn't take a picture of my previous gaming table, but the best shot I have of it is here. I felt it needed to be bigger, better built, and have a better paint job.
This is a mainstore release already out at LORE!
I just wanted a cozy little table to use with all the natural holiday decor coming out soon...so here's a nice heirloom table that has been through a LOT. It's worn, it's beaten, it probably was Grandma's.
It would work in a medi-fantasy or modern setting! The table and chairs are each 1 LI with some nice grungy materials.

it's really lovely. i particularly love the mis-matched chairs. they have these neat art deco - nouveau circles on them.
My brothers and I took over the Thanksgiving preparation this year, giving us new appreciation of just how lazy we've been for the last few decades. The spinach, pear, and blue cheese salad with candied pecans is Ken's doing. Assorted mashed starch and vanilla cranberry sauce by Andrew. I'm responsible for the lopsided turkey and the stuffing--I won't be plating any five star dinners, clearly, but I'm pleased to say the bird wasn't dry.

This is the first pic in the set/series "Class Reunion " of my class from Nursing School. There were sixteen of us there, and Barbara hosted it at her house. We had fun trying to figure out who everyone was, since it had been years since many of us had seen each other. There's a pic of me further on with two of my best friends from school.

I missed shooting this field and Table Butte by one day but gleaned this C62 at rest in the trade yesterday morning while out shooting (8-4-2015). This is one of my favorite sights amongst the Blue Buttes in northeastern McKenzie County.
This set of six dining chairs are model Cortina. They were produced in 1958 in Sweden by the Säffle möbelfabrik, from a design by Svante Skogh. The chairs are made from rosewood and brass rings.
Joanne had a nice eight foot picnic table that was a Mothers Day present about 20 years ago - it needed a redo so I brought it to where the tools are - my garage!.
With the help of my neighbor - I took it apart, turned the boards over as the original "up" side was like the Grand Canyon. The ends were pretty cracked - so now it is now a six-foot and 10 inch table!
We sanded the boards a bit, plugged the old screw holes with a 1/4" dowel, stained it with a UV Cedar Tone and am VERY HAPPY with the results!
Total cost - about 1/2 of a gallon of stain - $10!
A picknick table offers perspective and a human element to this natural scene. It had been raingin heavily for sometime. The clouds were very low, and everything was brilliant green when I took this photo near the Atlin Warm Springs.

Creative Note: As with all my photos, unless otherwise stated, nothing has been removed or added to the image. I never replace elements such as the sky or other objects in the composition. What you see is as near as possible to what I saw. For me, the challenge is finding the beauty that already exists in the world. Some images may be cropped or straightened somewhat in post, and I do tweak the light and exposure to reflect the memory in my mind's eye.

The Dust Bunny Maple Cottage is soooo adorable. It has only two rooms, but i love it anyway.
Apple Fall has a sweet dining set, chandelier and plates at The Chapter Four. I scooped them right up and put them in this darling house.
