Whenever I show friends and family shots of Table Mountain they are surprised that such landscapes exist in California. The lava flow shaped this land millions of years ago leaving some spectacular basalt rock formations and stunning canyons with waterfalls abound. Table Mountain is one of the first places I think of for spring photo shoots. I dug this one out of the archives while cleaning up the drives. Last year was weak for wildflowers, hoping this year will be better. Hope you enjoy, let me know what you think!
VIEW ON BLACK
Finally I have cleand and reorganised my crafting room. This is my crafting table. I'm working on a new project again and so I put some wool and yarn on the table to see which colours I should take. It's so hard to decide because all colours are so nice...

don't worry, we don't give her table scraps though we do supplement her food with fresh veggies and fruit. she's the only dog that i know likes avocado.
Thin flexicover books stacked on top of each other and reflecting on the shiny black surface of the table. Each one has a different color. They are not aligned on neither side. There's a bright light source coming from the left side of the image.
After a day in London, I went to my son's house for a barbecue meal with him and his family. While he got the food ready, I sat and drank a welcome glass of beer sitting in his garden at a glass-topped table 😀
I really love feasts - whether it's getting together with friends and family to celebrate a special occasion, or a scene in a movie where the king and the knights gather As a result i wanted to include one in the Lego Ideas Castle
This table also has a cool alt build - the hinges in the chairs and the plates can be used to make extra hoardings for the battlements!
After the picture I took last time with all the stacks of handbound books on it I actually cleared my worktable completely. Two books, an art pendant and some origami later the mess is back in it's full glory
Back in the winter we had a large tree down in the weather. I have recovered most of it to become planks or firewood.
Just above the root ball was a quite complex pattern of growth rings.
I spent some time cutting 2 slices from the root and then sanded & oiled them to make table centres
#98 Sliced for 120 pictures in 2020
I've made a table runner matching my rainbow pillow (it must be quilted).
The only problem is that we don't have a table in living room:)

This vintage industrial-style table has a beautiful acacia top on which the grain is a fairly even tone. The bottom is hand-welded steel, and has a unique series of "x" shapes repeating themselves at different scales. Very suitable for a retail space. 167cm x 75cm x 78cm height

A breathtaking Spanish dining table made of a single piece of old growth Narra wood and waxed to a beautiful shine. This table, while unusual for a Scandinavian shop, could not be passed up. Its beauty and size are perfect for many dining purposes and its uniqueness make this table very special. Please contact us to receive additional photographs of this beautiful dining table.
Since I'm not decorating for Christmas with a tree and other things this year, I've decided to dress the table up nicely for the season. Of course I chose Puce as the main colour. I just love Red! I'll make sure I have fresh festive flowers on the table every day as well. I'll do more next year in our new home!
