Three Watco SD60M's get their roll on down the CN through Ackerville with the Horicon-Janesville freight.
Philadelphia Museum of Art. Likely still full from breakfast, T4 waited for sunset on the northeast griffin.
A late WSOR train T4 is rolling right along on another frigid day, kicking up some fresh powder into Lima Center, WI.
Philadelphia Museum of Art. The hawks are spending a lot of time behind the Museum. Given the number of squirrels’ nest, it's obvious why.

Gnarly Black Pine perches typically mean sticks everywhere! But this one turned out okay
WSOR trainT4 is crawling through Williams on another beautiful 2018 winter day. Its been a great start to the year!
Philadelphia Museum of Art. F2 was at the Rodin museum well before sunrise. T4 split from Logan just as I arrived. By the time I caught up with them, they were resting on this griffin at the art museum (discussing possible nest locations?). All the while, the visiting male juvenile red-tailed hawk managed to stay out of the adults' sight in a pine tree just south of Eakins Oval.
Logan Square, Philadelphia. T4 approaches a ledge where the hawks seem to be holding a repository of food. F2 was already there, eating (she's sitting on the left edge of the frame here).

Logan Circle, Philadelphia
The male hawk was hunting at Logan Circle this morning. He wasn't too serious about it, though, which suggests he'd had an early breakfast.

A brief respite from chasing pigeons at the Vine St. Expressway interchange
Between thunderstorms, the hawks survey the grounds behind the Philadelphia Museum of Art in search of dinner.
F2 seems to be fully acclimated to the territory. She's mid-way through her first molt, showing 6 red tail feathers. Her eyes are still bright yellow.
Logan Square, Philadelphia. This red-tailed hawk is approaching the fourth anniversary of his claim to the the Benjamin Franklin Parkway territory.
