TT: SWIMSUIT FOLLOWUP: The matching swimsuits were an annual event for several years around 2000. R&D would visit New York and go to Fire Island where Ashley's family had a summer home. Randy's job was to select and purchase the matching outfits for the girls. After all, they are twins, and mom fits right in.

Yep, this is what I shoot a lot of. This white background is as shot... no PS on the background. Took some finesse, but we got a perfectly clean white and had to do no cutouts. Saved a lot of time.
This shot has a second main light. There is a box on camera right and a medium umbrella to camera left. This client likes to have a lot of light on the product. However, you can do the same shot with a single main light as the back light is not part of the main light. When you see the page with the diagram you will only see one main light.

Details:
I took several pictures of the beauty and los tmy car keys; yes photography requires concentration, and I was very focused..and when I look at this photo, who cares about the keys or the fishing..
Strobist:
-580EXII set at 50mm zoom setting firing at 1/8 power. Camera left.
PhotoShop:
-Tweaked the levels so I would further enhance the sky in the back, masked out the effect accross the model. Set the opacity of the levels layer to 100%.
-Opened the same image with +1 to exposure to get the hair brighter. Blended this exposure in and set the opacity to 59%.
- Desaturated the whites in the eyes with an adjustment layer and set the opacity to 60%
- Increased the saturation in the eyes to bring some color back. Set to 100%
- Applied a second image with an exposure of +2. Blended the bikinis in. Set to 55% opacity
