#5 Auf dem Dach des Reichstagsgebäudes / On the roof of the Reichtstag building

My apologies to all for my absence over the past 4 days but on Tuesday I learned of the very sudden and completely unexpected passing of one of our long standing members in the camera club I belong to. Gill was only 58 years old and had not been ill. We had seen her on our weekly zoom meeting the week before. She was a friend and a wonderful photographer, specialising in the most extraordinary macro insect shots. When one hears that kind of news the first response is always - but that can't be, that's impossible. And when they say it takes a couple of days for that kind of news to sink in that is exactly true. I've not felt like posting and indeed I've hardly looked at flickr these past few days. Everything comes into sharp focus and one certainly realises what a precarious ship we all sail on.
