American Oystercatcher fishing for Sand Fleas in the early morning surf at Stone Harbor Point NJ.
This time, too, I moved the camera from bottom to top, i.e. perpendicular to the horizon. As a result, the spray of the surf waves, which is full in the last sunlight, was stretched out like threads. This is not so far-fetched, because in fact the spray evaporates strongly into the air, so that it often becomes very hazy. The ICM effect makes evaporation visible.
Got lucky today to see a good number of Sea ducks on a beautiful day in December !
Thank you very much for your kind comments, favorites and looking

Tonight in Sydney.
Saturday, 14th October, 2023.
Taken about three hours ago at Shelly Beach, near Manly.
Northern end of the Shelly Beach Walking Track.
So I finished work earlier than expected today, and I thought, instead of going into the city to get more Darling Harbour pictures, I would instead stroll over to the beach and see what was happening at Manly.
Shelly Beach (next to Manly) is about 40 minutes drive from the Hills District - so not too bad. It is about the same as going into the city. AND, by miracle, there was a lot of parking on the headland up above the beach. And, even better, after 7.00pm it is FREE. And I arrived at 6.50pm, so it was very fortuitous.
AND, whilst I was sitting on the rocks, beside the surf, taking the sunset pictures, these amazing young women suddenly turned up out of nowhere! They were backpackers from France and they all love photography.
They post on Instagram but I introduced them to Flickr, and they downloaded the Flickr app at the beach. I also told them about Pyrmont Point (that I only recently discovered), and they will check it out to get photos of Sydney harbour and the Jones Bay Wharf, etc. And I must say, I really like French accents. Superb (that's a French word, lol)
My Canon EOS 5D Mk IV with the Canon EF 16-35mm f/4L lens.
Processed in Adobe Lightroom and PhotoPad Pro by NCH software.
We had a quick break in the Canary Islands and we spent some time watching the students learn to surf. It was an amazing thing to see from zero to actually ride a wave.
Thank you all for your appreciation.

This couple surfed together on the same board several times and at the end showed beautiful performances with lifting figures. Surfer's beach in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, Spain
At that moment a cover band a few meters away from me was playing Santana's song "Black Magic Woman", it sounded very good:
Surf in the early morning, still dark sky.

Just another fun beachy photo. Surf's up...
The question is, how can I bring SL Adrienne to life? I've been exploring how to use an AI program to craft life-like scenes for Adrienne that I couldn't achieve with SL alone. It’s still work in progress. I hope you come along with me and enjoy my learning journey.
I hope my photos make you smile ♥
