Hundreds of town and village post offices are being closed to cut costs
Bosses are demanding sub-postmasters move their shops to other stores
If they refuse, their post office could be forcibly moved to another venue
Lidl opening a new supermarket in the Broadmead shopping centre a welcome for many on the low incomes and even the middle earners in the locality.

Shot in the Markthal, in the 'Wah nam hong' supermarket, one of the two Chinese supermarket chains in Roterdam. Gotta love those large Hanzi logograms on the wall.

Yes, I went out to the supermarket at the last hour, looking for something to photograph. These carnations were bright pink and perky, but I like them better like this: more interesting and serious and less like cheerleaders. One photo a day. (18/366) -- January 18, 2020

My local Asda Supermarket here in Newark has a large underground car-park with this moving walkway or Travelator to get from one to the other. Been waiting for it to be empty to get a shot!

Supermarket restriction. Bet when we came out of the EU many older people had a dream about living in the 1950’s (no me) so we have coming fresh food shortages a highlight of early 1950’s life. Maybe we could go back to ration food books again to stop hoarding. What fun it is to live in the UK.

Had to nip to the nearest supermarket this morning and hoping I'd find something to photo took my camera with me.
The oyster van had just opened as I came out and someone was ready to get some. The van comes every Sunday during the oyster season and is very popular.
Sadly not for us, they are well over our everyday budget. :(
Not online, Graham isn't very well. :(
